Northern Indiana Hand and Wrist
Northern Indiana Hand & Wrist Center is pleased to announce that Dr. John H. Mahon has been recertified by the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery, and has again earned the ABOS Sub-specialty Certificate in Surgery of the Hand (formerly CAQ of the Hand). Hand surgery sub-specialty certification is restricted to those surgeons who have “demonstrated qualifications in hand surgery beyond those expected of other orthopaedic surgeons by virtue of additional training, a practice characterized by a majority of cases in hand surgery, and contributions to this field.” (ABOS.org). Dr. Mahon is a fellow of both the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons and the American Society for Surgery of the Hand.
